Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the bd11 platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all bd11 users.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bd11 and the user. The platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above; use by minors is strictly prohibited. bd11 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time and will notify users of any changes in a timely manner.
Account Creation, Security & Verification
Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering on bd11. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or terminated at any time. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Users are responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact bd11's customer support team immediately. Failure to comply with identity verification (KYC) requests may delay withdrawals or result in account restrictions.
Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of someone else is a violation of these Terms.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users must comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh while using the bd11 platform. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through fraudulent activity, bots, software manipulation, or other dishonest means will result in immediate account termination. Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users must treat other members with respect and refrain from harassment, threats, or offensive language. Collecting or using another user's personal information is strictly prohibited. The bd11 platform must not be used to conduct any unlawful activities.
Users are solely responsible for the security of their own internet connection, device, and software. bd11 is not liable for any loss resulting from power outages, internet disconnections, or device failures.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on bd11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved banking channels. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name; transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal requests typically take between 15 minutes and 24 hours to process, depending on the payment method and amount. bd11 reserves the right to place a hold on payments for suspicious transactions until verification is complete. If money laundering or illegal fund flows are suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.
Bonuses or offers linked to deposits are subject to their own terms, which are published separately. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the applicable bonus wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
All content on the bd11 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is protected under bd11's intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes. bd11 reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use.
Bd11's liability for any outcomes, wins, losses, or financial damages arising from use of the platform is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. bd11 is not responsible for indirect losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party issues. Users access and use the platform at their own discretion and risk.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services; bd11 is not responsible for their content or policies. Users are advised to review the relevant policies of any third-party site before visiting it.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Bd11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of Terms violations, fraud, or unlawful activity. Decisions regarding the balance of a suspended account will depend on the outcome of any investigation. Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time.
Bd11 may amend these Terms at any time as necessary. Users will be notified of any changes via an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved before a competent court in Bangladesh.
